FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration isolation system comprises a pneumatic spring connected by a pneumatic line to the power source through a high-adjustment valve. The valve includes a body which is fixed on the under-spring portion, and a non-compressed rod. The rod is fixed by one end on the spring portion and the other end interacts with a ball placed in the body and spring-loaded relative thereto. The valve is provided with a floating piston which encloses the rod and pressed by the spring to the body projections for closing the channels provided therein. The damping devices are arranged between the frame and a carrying plate in parallel with pneumatic elements. The damping devices are in the form of washer-type meshed damper. The damper comprises a base, a main elastic mesh element and washers interacting with bushings. The main mesh elastic element of the damper is supported by the base lower part and fixed by the lower washer, and the upper part is fixed by the upper pressing washer. Lower washer is connected to the base made in form of a plate with fastening holes. The upper pressure washer is connected to a centrally located ring enclosed by a coaxially arranged ring connected to the base. A elastic element is positioned between lower end of the piston and the sleeve bottom.
EFFECT: increased vibration insulation efficiency.
