FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration insulation system contains a base and racks. Two flat springs are located on the sides of the machine. One of the ends of each spring is rigidly fixed to the front support surface of the machine, and the other - in the rack located on the base. Two support nodes are fixed to the rear support surface of the machine. The roller mechanism for compensating the rotating oscillations interacts with the upper surface of the elastic element of the elastomer, the cylindrical roller and the support plate with a spherical groove fixed to the rear support surface of the machine. On the front support surface of the machine under the bracket an additional elastic-damping element is installed.
EFFECT: increase the reliability of the machine by reducing the amplitude of oscillation in resonant operating modes.
