FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: vibration-isolating system comprises a base and hubs. Two flat springs are located on lateral sides of the machine. One of the ends of each spring is rigidly fixed to the front support surface of the machine, and the other - in the rack located on the base. Two support nodes are fixed to the rear support surface of the machine. The roller mechanism for compensating the rotating oscillations interacts with the upper surface of the elastic element of the elastomer, the cylindrical roller and the support plate with a spherical groove fixed to the rear support surface of the machine. A mesh damper is mounted under the bracket on the front supporting surface of the machine. The main mesh elastic element of each damper is supported by the lower part on the base and fixed by the lower washer, and the upper part is fixed by the upper pressure washer. The lower washer is connected to the base made in form of plate with fastening holes. Upper pressure washer is connected to centrally located piston covered with a gap by a coaxially arranged sleeve connected to the base. An elastic element is positioned between lower end of the piston and the sleeve bottom.
EFFECT: increased reliability of machine operation due to reduced amplitude of swinging in resonance operation modes.
