FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: gear train has paired gear wheels installed by shafts in a closed housing, inside which a magnetoactive powder lubricant is placed and activated by external source of magnetic field with permanent magnet. The housing and the bodies of gear wheels are made of diamagnetic material. The teeth of the gear rims of the gear wheels are made of ferromagnetic material. Rim gear wheels are arranged between gear bodies and their toothed rims made of ferromagnetic material integral with toothed rims, and width of which is equal to width of wheel rims of wheels.

EFFECT: increased quality of the gear train lubrication.
