FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method for complex diagnosis of the dental state with exposure to computer radiation, consisting in saliva is diagnostic by the form of microcrystals and in the presence of a deformation of the oral fluid crystals shape, additional studies of the teeth enamel state are performed in the patient being examined, wherein electrolyte is applied to the tooth enamel in the form of 10% calcium chloride solution at the controlled points, the current is measured with two electrodes, the first of which is passive and is placed in the oral cavity providing contact with soft tissues, the second active electrode is immersed in the electrolyte, indications are taken and at a current value of 0-0.2 μA, intact mineralized enamel is diagnosed; at a current value of 0.3-3.8 μA, pre-carious state of the enamel is diagnosed, at a current value of 3.9-7.9 μA, initial caries is diagnosed, at a current value of 8.0-27.7 μA, surface caries is diagnosed, at a current value of 27.8-50.0 μA, moderate caries is diagnosed, at a current value greater than 50.0 μA, deep caries is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method allows to diagnose pre-carious processes at early stages.
