FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to a method for construction of an Fv library, a method for screening of the desired antibody using this constructed Fv library, and an Fv library constructed by the method for Fv library construction. The presented method for Fv library construction includes the steps of: (a) preparation of proteins of the heavy chain variable region domain (V_H), expressed in cells, and proteins of the light chain variable region domain (V_L) expressed in cells; (b) pairing of the V_H domain proteins and V_L domain proteins, prepared in step (a), outside the cell, to form collected Fv; and (c) storage of the collected Fv from step (b) in individual compartmentswith individual identification numbers, the function of each individual Fv in individual compartments is analyzed without prescreening based on binding to the target.

EFFECT: inventions allow to significantly reduce the number of protein purification processes, thus reducing costs and time spent in comparison with conventional DNA-based libraries.
