The decoder contains a module of t/f-analysis for converting the said plurality of samples of down-mixing the temporal region of each analysis window of the above-mentioned plurality of analysis windows from time domain in frequency-time domain depending on the window length of the said analysis window to obtain a transformed downmix. In addition, the decoder comprises an up-mixer.
