FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used to collect data and calculate transformants of the electromagnetic field - differential-normalized parameters DU, P1, Dϕ, Ps, which can be determined, in particular, by the quantitative separation of effects of electromagnetic induction and induced polarization, for example, DNME method in marine modification. It is used for complex analysis of data obtained by the DNME method in combination with seismic and well logging data. The method relates to methods of electromagnetic geophysical studies of subsea rock formations. Marine modification is designed to perform geological and engineering-geological studies in the shelf zone of the seas and oceans. The obtained data can be used, for example, for electromagnetic profiling of seabed.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of quantitative separation of the effects of electromagnetic induction and induced polarization, the possibility of the data collection system operation and production of conditioned material in water areas, and the ability to operate at a vessel speed of 2 knots.
