FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: glass unit includes the first and the second parallel glass substrates located at a distance from each other. The first and the second substrates provide four successive substantially parallel major surfaces of the glass unit. On the fourth surface of the glass unit, the first low-emissive coating is applied. Coating includes a variety of thin-film layers located in the following order when removed from the second substrate: the first layer containing silicon oxynitride, the refractive index of which is 1.5 and 2.1, and a thickness of 50-90 nm; a layer containing an indium-tin oxide, the refractive index of which is 1.7-2.1 and a thickness of 85-125 nm; and the second layer containing silicon oxynitride, the refractive index of which is 1.5 and 2.1, and a thickness of 50-90 nm.
EFFECT: reduction of specific surface resistance, hemispherical emissivity, reduction or elimination of condensate on the substrate.
