FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thin-film coatings. A multilayer insulated glazing comprises an outer sheet and inner sheet. The outer sheet has an inner surface coated with a low-emission coating. The inner sheet has an outer surface with an emissivity-controlling coating, having a tin-indium oxide based transparent conducting film with thickness of 1100 1500 E, which covers a silicon nitride or silicon oxynitride based oxygen-impermeable film with thickness of 400-750 E. The surface resistance of the emissivity-controlling coating is less than 20 ohm/square, the emission coefficient is less than 0.25, turbidity is less than 0.3 and roughness Ra is less than 3 nm. The visible light transmission of the inner sheet is more than 75% and the heat-transfer coefficient of the multilayer insulated glazing is less than 0.3.
EFFECT: high transmission of visible light, low turbidity, roughness, emissivity and surface resistance of the coating.
