SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coating including at least one material layer reflecting IR radiation, say, silver or the like, in low-emission coating. Coated article includes first dielectric layer, for example, silicon nitride, first contact layer, for example, nichrome, layer reflecting IR radiation including silver, second contact layer containing Ni and/or Cr arranged there above and in contact with reflecting layer, second dielectric layer bearing silicon nitride. Said article comprises at least one outer layer bearing zirconium oxide (for example ZrO2) or zirconium-silicon oxinitride (for example, ZrSiOxNy). Coated articles can be used as isolation glass in wall block windows, vehicle windows, laminated glass windows, or the like.
EFFECT: better chemical and thermal stability ay heat treatment.
