FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: degree of migration of destroyed calculus fragments is determined. Degree of decrease in the size of calculus is determined. Completeness of the removal of calculus is determined. The effectiveness of lithotripsy (E) is determined according to the claimed formula. With E value of less than 50%, the patient is subjected to repeated crushing of calculuses. When E is between 50 and 75%, conservative therapy is prescribed. When E is more than 75%, additional treatment is not required.
EFFECT: method helps to determine the tactics of managing patients with urolithiasis after renal calculus extracorporeal lithotripsy by evaluating the most significant indicators.
