SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to urology. Antegrade install under X-ray control ureteral casing to the level of localization of the calculus. A ureteroscope is inserted retrogradely and, against the background of irrigation, retrograde contact laser lithotripsy is performed, followed by antegrade removal of stone fragments from the ureter.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the operation time, reduce anesthetic risks and risks of infectious and inflammatory complications, provides an opportunity to create an adequate outflow of irrigation fluid, bypassing the renal cavity system, maintains normal intrarenal pressure, eliminates the use of disposable lithoextractors.
