FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of hyaluronidase conjugate (lydazum) with activated derivative of poly-1,4-ethylenepiperazine N-oxide (analog of polyoxidonium) in a single dose 3000 IU by intramuscular route, 3 days before of operative removal of concrements. After removal of concrements the drug is administrated in indicated dose by the following schedule - once for 3 days, 5 injections, then once for 5 days, 15 injections, then once for 10 days, 15 injections. Proposed invention provides improvement and normalization of physicochemical and biochemical indices of urine that promotes to decreasing of relapse lithiasis.

EFFECT: improved method of prophylaxis.
