SUBSTANCE: proposed system and method contain the first database, which contains data related to a particular type of research. The data includes time consumption, and data associated with the use of resources associated with a particular type of research. The second database, which contains data on a group of patients. The mentioned data connects each patient from the group with a personalized list of researches that the patient must undergo. A planning unit that is functionally linked to the first database and the second database. Planning unit is made with an ability to define a research sequence schedule for each patient of a group based on a personalized list of patient research and data from the first database, to maximize the number of patients of this group that can be served per day while limiting the maximum total time for each patient's schedule. The sequence includes information related to the time and type of research. An input box for entering information about progress based on the progress of patients, which is checked against the schedule. The system is configured to adapt the schedule based on the input progress information when the schedule needs to be updated.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures maximization of the number of patients that can be served per day using the shortest intervals between studies, which allows to limit the total time for the schedule of each patient of the group.
