The user interface component is designed for inputting the cost value of interruption for the contacted person. The input component receives communication transmitted from the contactor to the contacted person. The communication service routes communication based on the cost value of interruption and comparison between the cost of interruption and advantages associated with immediate delivery of communication.
EFFECT: high quality of inter-subscriber communication by taking into account preferences of parties taking part in the communication process, the current status of the contacting parties and the conditional cost of interruption.
