FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: perineal tissue is separated by a cut in the form of a triangle with a base on the perineum and a vertex in the vagina. Sphincterolevatoroplasty is performed with correction of the levator divergence and interlabial space widening. The first needle injection is performed at the apex of the triangle in the frontal plane with a bypass of one levator with fasciae and an exit in the middle part of the triangle side. The second injection is performed in a horizontal plane in an angle at the triangle base, covering the anterior portion of the sphincter. The thread is directed through the perineal tissues and withdrawn in the opposite corner of the triangle base. The third injection is performed in the middle part of the opposite side of the triangle in the frontal plane with the bypass of another levator with fasciae. The needle with the thread is withdrawn at the top of the triangle. When the suture is tightened, the anal sphincter of the anal canal is displaced forward and upward. The suture is performed with a double prolene thread.
EFFECT: restoration of the evacuation function of the rectum due to surgical correction of pelvic floor muscle failure, restoration of the anatomical structures of the perineum.
