FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: sowing unit comprises a seed box with a power socket, a coil with grooves, installed on a shaft, a seed guide to the bottom of the seed box, a sleeve with a rib and a valve. The working part of the coil is divided into four equal sections by cutting planes perpendicular to the longitudinal symmetry axis of the coil, which are rigidly fixed together to form a sectional coil with grooves. Wherein each successive section of the four equal ones of the coil is rotated about a longitudinal symmetry axis with respect to the previous equal coil section by an equal angle. The angle between the longitudinal symmetry planes of the ribs of the four equal sections of the coil with grooves, drawn along the longitudinal coil axis, is equal to 15°. The ribs of the four equal coil sections are staggered on the working part along the helical line. The rib length of the sectional coil with grooves is equal to the thickness of the sectional coil section. The rib shape of the section coil is made according to the rib shape of the grooved one with straight ribs, while the ribs of the section coil with grooves have working and non-working surfaces located respectively in the rotation direction of the section coil with grooves. Open trays with a cylindrical surface are made on the working surface of each rib of the sectional coil, arranged symmetrically with respect to it. The symmetry axis of the cylinder forming the cylindrical surface of the open trays is inclined at an angle of 25° to the longitudinal symmetry planes of the ribs of the sectional coil, drawn with respect to the longitudinal symmetry axis of the sectional coil. The cylindrical surface of the open trays touches the longitudinal symmetry axis of the surface of the bridges located between the grooves of the sectional coil. The profile of the sectional coil grooves is made in the shape of the profile of the grooves of the grooved coil with straight ribs, taking into account the profile shape of the open trays. The socket of the sectional coil is made without slots for its ribs and has a mounting opening made of a diameter equal to the diameter of the drive shaft of the sectional coils.
EFFECT: invention will allow to increase the uniformity of distributing seeds of different crops over the sowing area and to ensure the seeding rate accuracy, as well as to reduce the seed injury and consumption per unit of the sowing area, wherein the productivity crops increases and the production cost is reduced.
