FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a positioning device for a vertical panel of a building, comprising a base for connecting to a structure associated with a building or a building element, a panel edge support and a position adjustment means extending from said base and configured to adjust the position of said support relative to said base. The position control means comprises a lateral adjustment means designed for adjusting the position of said support in the lateral direction with respect to said base and comprising a guide cantileverly extending from said base and a supporting carriage made with the possibility to move along said guide, and a vertical adjustment means designed for adjusting the position of said support in the vertical direction with respect to said base and comprising a rack with adjustable length, passing between the carriage and the support. Adjusting the lateral adjustment means ensures the precise adjustments of the panel position. The positioning device also comprises a driving means for propulsing said carriage. In addition, a system for positioning a pre-cast panel, comprising the proposed device, and a method for using the proposed device and a method of using the proposed system are proposed.
EFFECT: providing high-precision adjustment of a building panel in both vertical and lateral directions by a simple and reliable method without using additional means.
