FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: mixing device has an upper horizontal plate with inner surface, a support plate parallel to the upper plate, with inner surface and an opening of the support plate, a plurality of blades bend inward extending vertically between the inner surfaces of the upper and support plates, a vertical ring of a drain hole gate extending vertically from the inner surface of the support plate near the support plate hole, the seal ring has an upper edge and a diameter, a mixing zone and a bubble cap, wherein the bubble cap has a diameter and a lower edge, the diameter of the bubble cap is smaller than the diameter of the of the drain hole seal ring, and the lower edge of the bubble cap passes below the upper edge of the drain hole seal ring.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create intense arc-shaped flow for gas-liquid mixture entering therein, and high mixing degree between catalyst layers in the confined space of the hydrotreatment reactor, increased efficiency of the mixing chamber for two-phase systems, in which mixing of gas and liquid phases occurs.
