FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method of adjustment of vibration isolation system operating modes includes adjusting the oscillations of the lever system. A spring and a two-link articulation linkage are installed between the object of protection and the base. The links are connected by one end in the central articulation, to which an additional mass is also fixed. The accelerometer readings are recorded and the angle between the levers is adjusted using the control unit. The mass of the vibration protection system is changed. The spring, located between the object of protection and the base, is made cylindrical screw with an integrated damper. The spring consists of two parts with on-coming ends. The first spring part has rectangular section turns with rounded edges, and the second part is made hollow. The on-coming end of the first part is located in the cavity of the second part. The segmental profile gaps of the contacting spring parts are filled with antifriction lubricant. The sealing collar is mounted on the end of the second part of the spring. The first part of the helical spring is enclosed by the tube of a damping material. The gaps between the spring and the tube are filled with crumb of friction material.
EFFECT: increasing of the effectiveness of the vibration isolation system by increasing the damping in the system.
