Roll grinding of grains with removed shells for obtaining second cereal bran. Filling with the aqueous solution of at least a part of the second cereal bran to increase the solubility and additional depolymerization of at least a part of arabinoxylan contained in the second cereal bran. Separating from the insoluble fraction soft mass of the solubilized fraction, containing at least a part of solubilized soluble arabinoxylan products. Before pouring, the second cereal bran is subjected to fractionation or milled.

EFFECT: method significantly increases the yield of the final product.
