SUBSTANCE: method of the automated goods inventory accounting is offered in which the electronic network system including the server connected to devices of the goods accounting in shops of the chain outlet is used. Information on commodity transactions in the place of their storage and distribution is carried out by transfer to the server of information about the received goods. Initially, the identification codes of the supplier are entered from each received goods information carrier, its identification is made by finding in the electronic database of the goods of the supplier's information about the goods corresponding to the code. Then the identification code of the goods of the chain outlet corresponding to the goods is determined. Identification codes are placed on the information carrier of each goods. Based on the information received from the chain outlets goods accounting devices, a list of goods intended for sending to the outlet is formed. In the case of the availability of goods in the outlets, the goods are left in temporary storage.
EFFECT: creation of a unified system that ensures the minimization of the processing and accounting time for the goods arriving at the warehouse and shipped from the warehouse.
