FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: wheel contains a tool for generation and transmission of energy, a rotating ring, a fixed plate, the first and the second auxiliary drive mechanisms and wheel caps. The rotating ring is mounted on the inner circumference of the wheel rim. The ring comprises a body of magnets including several magnets located in compartments formed within a ring with a constant gap. The fixed plate is attached to the shaft and comprises a winding body including a plurality of windings disposed in compartments corresponding to magnets of the magnet body. The auxiliary drive mechanisms are arranged to provide an increase in the driving force by reducing the rotational force of the wheel. The wheel caps are rotatably mounted on the shaft using bearings on both sides of the rim. The caps are designed to transmit the driving force generated by the auxiliary drive mechanisms to the wheel.
EFFECT: ensuring wide range of regulation of torque and speed of rotation of the wheel.
