FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for continuous shot blasting of twisted spring. Proposed device comprises shot-blasting device and mounting part accommodating twisted spring. Mounting part comprises housings, in which fixing units are arranged, which are intended for fixation of twisted springs, as well as drive units to ensure that each fixing unit performs movement along circumference and rotation around its axis. Each of the drive units located in the housing comprises a drive shaft, which is rotated by the drive, a rotary unit interacting with the drive shaft to bring the fixing blocks into movement along the circumference, and rotary unit interacting with drive shaft and fixing unit. Housings comprise a central housing accommodating a plurality of twisted springs, as well as a first housing and a second housing disposed on one horizontal straight line on opposite sides of the central housing. Fixing units are located symmetrically on one horizontal straight line in the first and second housings. Drive units are located symmetrically on one horizontal straight line in the first housing and in the second housing.
EFFECT: reduced time for performing shot blasting.
