FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: before combustion of solid biofuel, it is fed into combustion zone from the top to the bottom and preheated together with air, solid combustion residues: slag and ash get automatically removed from combustion zone into ash collector by new portions of fuel and air flow, which movement is provided by pressure drop as a result of difference of temperatures between the ambient and inside the burning device, gas residues are discharged from the furnace to the atmosphere. The device for burning solid fuel comprises a hopper with tightly closed, a cover mounted above the furnace forming a space for heating air required for burning fuel; inclined fire grate and vertical fire grate with slots are arranged inside the furnace. The angle of installation of the inclined fire grate is greater than the angle of natural slope solid biofuel, and the size of slots of the inclined and vertical fire grates is less than or equal to the diameter of granules of solid biofuel; a heat-resistant material pipe surrounded by a heat-insulating shell is installed inside heat exchanger. The pipe is surrounded by a heat-insulating shell, one or several through holes in the lower part of the pipe are made heat-resistant material for mixing of secondary air with pyrolysis gases formed by heating fuel in the space generated by inclined and vertical fire grates.
EFFECT: increased heat transfer.
