FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: furnace device comprises vertical furnace provided with outer and inner walls and top zone for heating fuel, combustion zone, and bottom zone of cooling ash and slag. The furnace is provided with the branch pipe for supplying air. The hopper for supplying fuel is mounted above the furnace. The furnace receives fire grates inclined downward with respect to the horizontal plane. The fire grids are assembled to form two vertical rows arranged at the opposite inner walls of the furnace. Each of the rows comprises at least four fire grates arranged in a staggered order. The fire grates are provided with vibration drives and mounted with a spaced relation to the inner wall positioned at the bottom end of the grate. The space ranges from 5 to 10% of the width of the furnace. The vibration drives and units for suspension of fire grates are mounted in the space between the inner and outer walls. The heat exchangers are interposed between the fire grates located in the combustion zone. The furnace device is provided with branch pipes for supplying air from the space between the outer and inner walls under each fire grate located in the combustion zone and under fire grate mounted in the bottom cooling zone. The branch pipes are provided with control valves.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of combustion.
