FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary treatment with aqueous solution of surfactant with application of pulse physical action and subsequent mechanical grinding. Treatment of raw material is carried out in circulating aqueous solution containing 0.01-0.1 g/l of surfactant with application of ultrasound for 10-60 seconds. Then treated raw material is separated from circulating solution, water is added, and crushed. Treatment of the raw material can be carried out on a moving conveyor belt partially immersed in the surfactant solution.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the grinding process due to optimisation of surfactant solution consumption.
