FIELD: food processing industry; methods and the devices of salvaging of the ions of the heavy metals extracted from the water solutions and the waste waters of the various nature.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the food processing industry and may be used for technological advancement of the membranous and sorption production methods, in the water treatment, at development of the production methods of salvaging of the ions of the heavy metals extracted from the water solutions and the waste waters of the various nature. The water solution contacts with the pretreated natural polymeric sorbent at the indoor temperature and the solution/sorbent module equal to 50-200. As the polymeric sorbent they use the wastes of the agricultural production - Jerusalem artichoke stems preliminary peeled from the outer layer (the epidermis, the suber, the bark, the phloem) grinded up to the size of the particles of 0.5-1 mm and treated in the water solution of the 0.5-5 % hydrogen peroxide and-or 1-10 % solution of the anionic SAS (alkylsulfates, alkylcarboxylates, etc.) by ultrasonic sound with the intensity of 440 W/cm2 during 5-30 minutes at the module of the treatment of 20-100 and the indoor temperature. The contacting is exercised during 10-30 minutes. The invention allows to extract the ions of the heavy metals by the sorption from the water solutions, including the solutions of the complex nature - the water-alcohol solutions, in which the salting-in substances are present together with the impurities of the synthetic or natural complexions (citric acid, tartaric acid, oxalic acid and the coloring matters, tannins, pectic substances, polysaccharides, etc.), and also essentially to reduce the treatment duration and to make cheaper the treatment of the sorbent, at that saving the high degree of extraction.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the high degree of extraction of the ions of the heavy metals by the sorption from the water solutions, the complex water-alcohol solutions containing the salting-in substances and impurities, the reduced treatment duration, the cheaper treatment of the sorbent.
