FIELD: wood industry.

SUBSTANCE: wood-polymeric composition for production of wooden spray plate includes wood raw material, a binder and hardener, as wood raw material it contains wooden sprays and recyclable wastes from calibration of wooden spray plates by screw mill with two degrees of mobility with particle size from 0.25 mm to 5.0 mm, crushed flashing, aqueous solution of urea formaldehyde oligomer of KF-MT brand as a binder, and ammonium chloride as a hardener. Saving of wood raw material up to 15% of and the problem of raw materials recycling is achieved by partial replacement of wood raw material which fraction was 68%-84.5% with the filler: recyclable wastes from calibration of wooden spray plates by screw mill with two degrees of mobility with particle size from 0.25 mm to 5.0 mm, which is 10-15% of the total mass of the plates.

EFFECT: non-waste technology, waste recycling obtained due to surface treatment of wooden spray plates by the screw mill with two degrees of mobility, and improved environmental performance of the production through complete recycling of wastes.
