FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes biological material study by instrumental methods of investigation. At that, copper, zinc and iron microelements content are studied in the blood plasma. At a copper content increase of more than 60%, zinc content increase of more than 120% and iron content increase of more than 25% from the physiological norm, bacillary form of pulmonary tuberculosis is diagnosed with the physiological norm equal to 0.9±0.1 mcg/ml for copper content, 0.7±0.1 mcg/ml for zinc content and 1.1±0.1 mcg/ml for iron content.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the accuracy of diagnostics, provides early diagnostics and screening diagnostics, simplifies the method and shortens the study time.
