FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. SUBSTANCE: at availability of clinical X-ray data for the possibility of pulmonary tuberculosis in patient and also at negative data of previous wet analyses for tuberculosis mycobacteria by simple bacterioscopy conducted by the well-known technique prednisolon is prescribed perorally at 30 mg/d at the dose of 15 mg twice daily for 3 days running. Then beginning from the fourth day simple wet bacterioscopy is conducted for 3 days to reveal tuberculosis mycobacteria. EFFECT: higher accuracy.
