FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: installation for object testing for thermal impacts contains a working chamber on a foundation with a device for test object fastening and source of heat in the form of a fuel collector installed under the test object placed inside the chamber, an igniting device and an exhaust opening in the chamber roof with a possibility of closure. The working chamber is a prefabricated metal structure. The walls of the chamber are formed by pillars mounted on the foundation, fastened with transverse beams with metal modules hinged on them with a possibility of removal. The chamber roof is removable, the roof and the modules are equipped with an external metal profile. The modules are raised above the foundation with formation of an air gap covered on the outside by supporting modular elements spaced apart from the chamber walls. Each fuel collector tube is made with through screw openings for fuel atomization, placed at a distance from each other, ensuring overlapping of the spraying torches for fuel leaking from the neighbouring openings, at that, the device for test object fastening is made as a support of welded metal profile.
EFFECT: creation of a transformable mobile installation, allowing its disassembly and assembly for a wide range of test objects while ensuring creation of a homogeneous temperature field inside the chamber, increased resource and economy of installation.
