SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction materials industry, in particular to the production of fine-grained concrete. Raw material mixture for the production of fine-grained concrete contains, by weight: Portland cement 24–26, quartz sand 74–76, soaked in water and sodium polyacrylate sustained before swelling, ground to form a gel-like mass, 0.01–0.1, water 11–15.
EFFECT: technical result is higher strength of fine-grained concrete.
