FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of aircraft engine building, namely to gas turbine engines of the gas compressor unit. Single mechanism for transferring the torque to the engine assemblies includes gas-dynamically coupled coaxial shafts of the HPH and LPH of the gas generator module and the rotor shaft of the power turbine module, each of which is communicated through the drives by torque with their units and sensors. Mechanism includes a system of drives installed in the intermediate housing of the GG module, which includes the central conical transmission communicated by torque with the HPH shaft and the drive box of the GG module units kinematically connected to it. In the case of the TCE the following units are assembled - a starter, centrifugal prompter, pump out oil pump, oil unit, pump gear, a socket for manually scrolling the shaft of the HPH, the inductor of the HPH speed sensor. Inside the TCE there are gearboxes for drive units, which form a single branched system of gears, communicated through the CC with the shaft of the HPH in the normal mode of the engine operation and from the starter in the engine startup mode with the possibility of transferring the fractional parts of the nominal torque from the HPH to the units or the starting torque from the starter to the HPH shaft and the units, respectively, through the gears of the drive units with different speeds relative to the number of revolutions shaft HPH gear ratios and through the multistage reducer from the starter to the shaft of the HPH.
EFFECT: technical result achieved by a group of inventions consists in increasing the efficiency by 2% and more than doubling the engine life.
