FIELD: motors and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of aircraft engine building. Oil unit includes a suction and discharge pump with common shafts. Two pairs of gear wheels of pumps are mounted on the shafts and each one is provided with thrust bearings provided with input and output channels. Thrust bearings are made constructively and hydrodynamically adapted to the working parameters of the teeth and interdental cavities of the gear wheels of the gear wheels. Thrust bearings together with the corresponding ON and NN gear wheels form successive sections of two MA independent oil paths. One of the shafts is carried out by the drive, reported in torque with the power source, and endowed with a driven ON wheel and a NN driving wheel that transmits the rotational energy to the NN driven wheel mounted on the second driven shaft. NN driven shaft in the ON section is assigned with the function of the master, transmitting the torque from the NN drive shaft of the through the gear wheel of the NN working wheels to the driving wheel ON and further to the ON driven wheel freely mounted on the NN drive shaft. In the method of operation of the oil unit in the ON oil through the inlet and further along the inner channel is supplied under the necessary excess pressure in ON, oil, followed by volumetric displacement of the evacuated medium from the interdental depressions of the interacting gear wheels through the discharge line at a higher pressure through the outlet channel, is fed into the oil tank. NN is connected to the oil tank by a supply line, through which oil is supplied to the NN at a minimum pressure. Oil, with increasing pressure to the required level, is passed through the NN, from where, under working pressure, the supply line is directed to the loaded engine units. Displacement of the pumped medium from the interdental cavity of each of the NN and ON interacting wheels produces in the angular sector the rotation of the gear rims, defined by half the angle formed by the radii of the wheels from the point of intersection of the conventional cylindrical surfaces describing the vertexes of the teeth of the gear rims, to the output point of intersection of the conventional cylindrical surfaces in the course of the rotation of the gears, constituting the angular sector αd.o.n. In the area that is freed from the pumped medium depression, subsequent discharge αr.o.n. angular sector is equal to the displacement angle.

EFFECT: technical result, achieved by a group of inventions, is increased efficiency, resource and reliability of the operation of the oil unit.
