FIELD: engine devices and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: propulsion units box TJE PUB contains a body and a cover, made with a stepped flat bottom and cylindrical walls of variable curvature. The PUB body is saddle-shapedly placed on the intermediate engine body. The body of the PUB is made with openings for mounting of CS, PP, RRP and flexible shaft assembly for transferring the torque to the GCA units. The PUB cover is made with openings for mounting "MA", "HP" and "NF" on them. The torque input gearbox in PUB is made containing a main MBG conical gear pair of orthogonally oriented conical driving and driven gears, which is performed with a gear ratio iv.p.=(0.7140.÷99). In the side wall of the PUB body an opening is made for inputting the torque through the spring connecting the driving wheel of the main gear conical pair of PUB with the driven conical wheel of the CCU. The input shaft of PUB is designed to combine the function of driven wheel shaft of the main PUB gear pair and the function of the toothed cylindrical wheel shaft that is integral with it. Aggregates gearboxes are communicated on the torque with a cylindrical gear wheel with the formation of drive gearboxes branched into two groups with the declared ranges ratio of the gear pairs gear ratios. The driving wheel of the main pair is located on the shaft installed in the ball and roller bearings. The reciprocating driven wheel is mounted on the input shaft of PUB on a bearing-thrust ball and supporting roller bearing. The teeth of conical crowns of driving and driven wheels are made of variable height, decreasing towards the axial vertex of the conventional addendum cone. Angle α of r.c.g. slope of conventional reference cone generator of gear rim to the axis of wheel shaft is determined in the range αr.c.g.1=(0.59÷0.85) [rad] for the driving wheel and αr.c.g.2=(0.74÷1.04) [rad] for the driven wheel. Angle of spiral βW, expressed in the same projection as the angle between the tangent to the tooth line to the midpoint of the latter and the radius of the same point, drawn from the axis of the wheel shaft, is variably determined in the range of values βW= (0.21÷0.32) [rad].

EFFECT: increase in efficiency and more than double the increase in engine life.
