SUBSTANCE: device for distributing bulk material on the circular surface contains a central shaft (14), a distribution plate (12) with a radial slot (16) rotating around it, a scraper device (24) for distribution of bulk material on entire length of the slots (16), a rectangular distribution chute (22) mounted on the plate (12), and a feeding tube (30) for feeding bulk material in the chute (22). The scraper device (24) comprises at least one scraper configured for linear movement in the distribution chute and feeding the bulk material radially from the plate (12) rotation center (18). Bulk material is fed in the area of rotation center (18) in the distribution chute (22), and rotation of the distribution plate is carried out simultaneously, at least one scraped is subjected to linear movement.
EFFECT: uniform distribution of bulk material over the surface of molten metal with a layer of specified thickness.
