SUBSTANCE: loading valve of a garbage chute includes a chamber to place the package with garbage therein and a input device for the package with garbage in the vertical window of the garbage chute. A stationary chamber for placement of a garbage package is made in the form of a parallelepiped with an oblique, slippery bottom at an angle of more than 45%. Via a linkage system, the rotary cover of the chamber is connected to a locking rotary plate which, when the lid is open, locks the discharge of the leakproof garbage package into the garbage chute trunk, and when the lid is closed, the locking rotary plate is deflected towards the inclined bottom of the loading valve chamber and passes a sealed garbage package into the garbage chute trunk.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the loading valve.
