FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: in order to determine navigation elements, namely: the velocity vector of the bow and stern ends of the vessel, the position of the pivot point of the vessel, the values of the angular velocity of the vessel rotation, the vessel's gravity center deviations from the specified trajectory, the distances from the bow and stern ends of the vessel to the left and right edge of the ditch, the movement parameters of characteristic points, the navigation parameters are calculated by satellite navigation systems and on-board inertial navigation system, taking into account the allowances for the shore local monitoring and correcting station. The following navigation parameters are calculated: the current distance from the bow and stern ends of the vessel to dangerous isobath, the closing speed of the bow and stern ends of the vessel with dangerous isobath, transverse components of the bow and stern ends of the vessel, the vectors of the bow and stern speed of the vessel, the angular velocity of the vessel rotation relative to the rotation pole. The calculated navigation parameters are used by the electronic cartographic navigation information system in a certain way.
