SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of current control of ship stability. To control the stability of the ship, performing the current measurement of the roll and trim angles of the ship, comparing the works of the fastening and restoring moments acting on the ship, which are determined based on data on the current list and differential of the ship, as well as the current diagram of the static stability of the ship, which is calculated based on data on the ship's stability cross-curves, data on the current draft of the ship at the midship frame and the centre of gravity of the ship, wherein ship antennae of satellite navigation system are arranged in centre plane at fore, centre and stern while ship centre of gravity is defined by applicate and abscissa by deviation of plumb line measured by satellite navigation system.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of current control of stability of ship.
