FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: system includes the orbital station, target (TM) and provision coplanar modules. TM includes the reusable return vehicles (RRV) of the winged design. The compartments with the target equipment, repeatedly used the module and carrier rocket onboard systems and other required systems are located in RRV. The manned transport-target module with the manned RRV is provided. The system modules are launched to the working orbits and are controlled at it by RRV management systems with the correction of the program by the ground-based facilities. At the end of the life cycle of the system elements, it is transferred to the descent trajectory into the disposal zone in the World Ocean. RRVs make the airplane landing at the chosen airfield and, after passing the regulations, are used repeatedly.
EFFECT: creation of the multi-purpose transformable orbital system at the coplanar orbits with minimal costs and environmental damage.
