SUBSTANCE: technological hole is made in the said pipe, the edges for welding are cut and preheating of the edges is carried out. The surfacing layer is then applied to the surface of the cutting of the weldolet edges with a thickness of 3 to 5 mm. Interfacial layer is overplayed over the surfacing layer with a width not exceeding the width of the surfacing layer and a thickness of 4 to 7 mm. The filling and facing layers of the welded rolls are applied with the formation of a welded belt with a total width of at least 3 pipe walls thicknesses and cooling of the welded joint by applying a heat-insulating belt. At the same time, when applying a surfacing layer, ARMCO iron is used. When applying the interfacial layer, metal with chromium content of at least 20% and nickel of at least 40% and a relative elongation of at least 25% is used. When the filler and facing layers of welded rollers are applied, metal with chromium and nickel content not lower than their content in the metal of the weldolet and between the superimposed welded rollers the interlayer temperature is maintained between the superimposed welded rollers in the temperature range from 50 to 100 °C.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the bearing capacity and life of pipelines.
