FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of complex use of high-heat waste generated in the production of phosphoric acid in a rotary furnace and a device for its implementation. The method comprises directing the high-heat waste to a cooling device, in which the mentioned waste successively passes several cooling zones when moving a trolley with waste. In each of the zones, cooling is carried out by cold air intake. Part of the hot air obtained after cooling is directed to the rotary furnace chamber, part is directed to the dryer for composite granules of raw material used for the production of phosphoric acid in the rotary furnace. A cooling device has at least two cooling zones, the output of hot air from the first cooling zone is connected by an air duct with the rotary furnace chamber and the output of hot air from the second cooling zone is connected by an air duct with the dryer chamber.
EFFECT: simplification of design, small investments, low cost, cooling efficiency, high energy efficiency.
