SUBSTANCE: structure consists of a hydration tower and a system for circulating and spraying an acidic liquid. At the same time, a phosphoric acid fog capture tower and a tower for separating and eliminating fog are connected to the hydration tower. There is an opening for the supply of furnace flue gases in the lower part of the hydration tower and there is a hole for the exit of flue gases after hydration and suction in the upper part of the hydration tower. In the hydration tower chamber over the hole for the supply of flue gases, a spraying device is integrated, wherein the hole for the supply of liquid of the system circulating and spraying an acidic liquid is in the lower part of the hydration tower, and the hole for the exit of fluid of the system circulating and spraying an acidic liquid attached to the tube of the spraying device, which receives the liquid. In the middle of the system circulating and spraying an acidic liquid, there is an acid tank and a circulation pump.
EFFECT: high recovery of phosphoric acid and reduction of harmful emissions.
