FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing hydrated phosphorus from fumes obtained by firing phosphoric acid, as well as to a method for recovering fluorine formed in the production of hydrated phosphorus. Method comprises the following steps: first the smoke/flue gas from the furnace, which consists of P2O5 and fluorine, penetrates into the hydrated tower, system for atomizing the circulation of the acidic liquid before the connection is connected to the hydration tower. Flue gas and atomized liquid conduct heat exchange. Phosphoric acid formed is mostly absorbed during the spraying of the liquid. Solution of the dispersed phosphoric acid finally passes through the liquid injection port into the system for atomizing the circulation of the acidic liquid. Flue gas that went out through the smoke outlet is once again sequentially passed through the phosphoric acid mist collecting tower and the defogging separation tower. Dilute solution of phosphoric acid that was formed after the collection of phosphoric acid fog contained in the flue gas in the hydration tower is collected. Concentrated solution of phosphoric acid during the process of spraying a circulating acidic liquid can enter the technological stage of purification of phosphoric acid; flue gas, which contains fluorine released from the separation tower, eliminates fogging, penetrates into the next stage of production - the recovery of fluorine.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of the technological process, rationalization of the construction, reduction of the investment costs of the equipment, compliance with the environmental emission standards of the exhaust gases.
