FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: marking points on the base is carried out, seats for stones of smaller and larger diameters are formed by drilling through openings with a drill of a smaller diameter, and the entrance of this opening is widened from the side of the base surface with a drill of a larger diameter to form a funnel-shaped seat for a stone. Grooves are cut on the base surface, wherein the grooves pass through the center of the seats. The grooves passing along the rows with the seats for stones with a smaller diameter have a larger recess to form the multilevel location of stones of various diameters. Projections or corners are formed on the base surface. The formed projection or corner in the cross section forms a quadrangle, one side of which is formed during the groove cutting, and two sides are formed during widening the funnel-shaped seats by the drills of a larger diameter. The projections or corners are sharpened by means of applying on both sides angular notches, formed during widening the entrance for the funnel-shaped seats for stones the larger diameter with the drills of a larger diameter, towards the middle of the corner. The stones are installed and clamped. The stones of a smaller diameter are placed on the lower level, and the stones of a larger diameter are placed on the upper level, so that a girdle of stones of a smaller diameter is located below a girdle of stones of a larger diameter relative to the base surface. The stones are fastened by treating the projections or corners, until the desired shape is obtained. Each stone of a larger diameter is fastened with either two grooves arranged on opposite sides of one groove with treated projections, or corners at two points of the seat edge. Each stone of a smaller diameter is fastened with either one treated projection or corner from one side at one point; on the other side, in the case when a stone of a smaller diameter is placed in the extreme row, or with two treated projections or corners, placed at the edges of two adjacent disjoint grooves.
EFFECT: tight placement and reliability of fastening stones.
