FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: axial non-contact AC generator contains a housing, a subexciter, an exciter, and a main generator mounted on one shaft. The subexciter consists of an axial permanent multi-pole magnet of the subexciter inductor and an axial magnetic core with a multiphase winding of the subexciter armature. The exciter consists of axial magnetic core, in the grooves of which a single-phase exciting winding is laid and connected to the multiphase winding of the subexciter armature through a multiphase full wave rectifier, and axial magnetic core with multiphase winding of the armature. The main generator consists of axial magnetic core with single-phase exciting winding, connected to the multiphase winding of the exciter armature through the multiphase full wave rectifier, and axial magnetic core with the multiphase winding of the armature. The axial permanent multi-pole magnet of the subexciter inductor is rigidly fixed to the lateral surface of the axial magnetic core with single-phase exciting winding of the main generator in alignment with the axial magnetic core with the multiphase winding of the exciter armature, which is partially placed inside the axial magnetic core with a single-phase exciting winding of the main generator and tightly fixed by means of a disc with an I-shaped cross section though its inner surface on the generator shaft, and its external surface is sealed to the inner surface of the axial magnetic core with a single-phase exciting winding of the main generator. The axial magnetic core, in the grooves of which a single-phase exciting winding of the exciter with an outer diameter of less than the inner diameter of the axial magnetic core with a multiphase winding of the subexciter armature is laid, and tightly secured to the inner side surface of the body opposite the axial magnetic core with the multiphase winding of the exciter armature and coaxial with the axial magnetic core with the multiphase winding of the subexciter armature and inside it.

EFFECT: reducing the axial dimensions of the rotor, increasing the rigidity of its design and simplifying the assembly technology.
