FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: axial-radial contactless alternator contains a casing, a pilot exciter, an exciter and a main generator mounted on a single shaft fixed in the generator casing in the bearing shields. The pilot exciter consists of a permanent multipole magnet of the inductor of the pilot exciter and a magnetic circuit with a multiphase armature winding of the pilot exciter, the exciter consists of an axial magnetic circuit with a single-phase excitation winding and an axial magnetic circuit with a multiphase armature winding of the exciter. The main generator consists of an axial magnetic circuit of the inductor of the main generator, the excitation winding of the main generator is set into slots and is connected to a multiphase armature winding of the exciter through a multiphase full-wave rectifier, and an axial magnetic circuit with a multiphase armature winding of the main generator. A voltage regulator is installed in the lower part of the casing, and the permanent multi-pole magnet of the pilot exciter inductor and the magnetic circuit with multiphase armature winding of the pilot exciter are radial. The permanent multi-pole magnet of the inductor of the pilot exciter is rigidly fixed on the surface of the axial magnetic circuit of the inductor of the main generator at the external diameter, and the axial magnetic circuit with the multiphase armature winding of the exciter is made with an external diameter equal to the inner diameter of the axial magnetic circuit of the inductor of the main generator, partially located inside the axial magnetic circuit of the inductor of the main generator and is rigidly fixed by means of a disk having an I-section, with its inner surface located on the generator shaft, and its external surface is fastened to the inner surface of the axial magnetic circuit of the inductor of the main generator.
EFFECT: improved weight and size indicator rates, increased construction reliability, simplified method of manufacturing.
