SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of manufacturing compositions or systems containing cement/mortar/concrete (which for simplicity are hereinafter referred to as "cement compositions or systems") having improved compressive strength Rc, particularly after 28 days and 90 days, and containing at least a "carbonate-based filler" comprising at least one stage where the above-mentioned at least one "carbonate-based filler" is mixed or stirred with at least one aluminosilicate material and the obtained "mixed filler" is treated with an amount effective for treatment of at least one material for processing, comprising or containing a superplasticizer (superplasticizers). This material comprises at least a "carbonate-based filler" as defined and at least an aluminosilicate material, which constitutes a "mixed filler". The invention also relates to cement compositions using the aforementioned "mixed fillers" and to cementitious elements or cementitious materials obtained from the aforementioned "cement compositions", such as structures or building blocks.
